In the kitchen, Jérôme Cotta holds the reins.
Frank smile, strong handshake, he’s a fan of fishing and its mediterranean innovative cuisine reflects a paradoxal terroir between sea and mountains.
Creative and generous, he knows how to cook and sublimate local market produce.
Trained in prestigious establishments on the French Riviera, such as the Negresco under the yoke of Dominique Le Stand, La Table du Marché by Christophe Leroy or the Palais de la Méditerrannée when Bruno Sohn was there, this lover of the region naturally found his place in La Réserve, almost 10 years ago.
From then, it became pretty obvious for him to be the head, one day, of this restaurant so dear to Niçois’ hearts. His eye, trained by the practice of photography, helps him creating precise and very graphic dishes - yet he never forgets that the taste comes first and always gives preference to mediterranean produce.

As seasons go by, produce is worked and made up : flashy colors, subtle taste, full of the Riviera spirit.
Dishes such as « The White Apple », culinary poem or the « King Shrimp getting on with the zucchini » are proofs that La Réserve is fully part of the French Riviera gastronomic heritage.

Tuesday-Saturday, from 12:15 to 14:00 and from 19:15 to 22:00. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
