From Cannes take the exit to the Promenade des Anglais (near the airport) and go as far as the harbour. Take the Quai des 2 Emmanuel, then turn up right and continue along Boulevard Franck Pilatte.

From Monaco, take the lower corniche road to the harbour, then take the Quai des 2 Emmanuel and continue as above.
