From my experience with top chefs, I have learnt how to work with local ingredients, to appreciate sun-kissed vegetables and combinations of sweet and salted.

This young 31-year-old Chef is passionate about top-quality ingredients, and served his time at the best restaurants in the region before bringing his talents to La Réserve de Nice.
His professional career began in Grasse at La Bastide Saint-Antoine with Jacques Chibois. He then moved to Monaco to the Métropole Palace, and then to the Château de la Chèvre d’Or in Eze Village.
In Nice he specialised in fish dishes at Les Viviers Bretons, and then went on to explore the world of sweet and salted at Roquebrune Cap-Martin with his friend Olivier Streiff.
This rich and enriching experience is what he brings to the kitchens at La Réserve |
